After a very rough day at work, I got to my car to find my car wouldn't start. I am new to town, and had no one to help me. It was not a good situation. Even though they were closed or about to close, I called Mike's on a whim to see if I would get lucky and catch someone. Honestly, I expected to be disappointed. Shawn was not only still there, but took my call and offered to help without hesitation. He met me at my car, identified the problem, suggested multiple solutions, and got me up and running in under 10 minutes flat. And he did it as a courtesy. I have never received such wonderful and kind service and I am so grateful to Shawn and Mike's auto repair. I will definitely be going to them for auto repair needs in the future and would suggest them to anyone in need of great and affordable service!

My daughter lost her breaks in Wisconsin . We are from Illinois and she was driving to Madison. I told her to find a shop and check with them. She found Mike's auto repair. They fixed her car in no time, very reasonable price to not say low and they didn't try to get extra job done that the car needed at that time. I would highly recommend Mike's repair shop. Years ago I met Mikes Auto really by accident. I came out of Target and had a low tire pressure alert - and I know it was proper when I went in. They quickly found the issue but really suggested I do NOT drive to Ohare on that little spare that was in the trunk. I had four new tires the next day with great service. I've been using them ever since. The guys are all great - they alert you to things but don't pressure you to do it all. Just what I feel is needed. They are not the cheapest. If you are looking for basement pricing, keep walking. But if you are looking for smart reliable service - you have found it.

My brakes failed while I was passing lake Geneva and I emergency stopped at Mike’s. The service was great, they were able to fit me in same day even though they were very busy. The price was also good, and the staff were very kind. Thank you!

The most friendly and honest auto repair shop we’ve been to. They really helped us when our car broke down on the freeway. They went above and beyond! We will not be taking our cars anywhere else!
